International Movies and TV Programming Now Available on www.Charter.net
Charter Communications Launches Multicultural Entertainment on the Web
ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 2007--Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) today announced the availability of popular international movies and television programming on its web portal Charter.net. For its inaugural launch, Charter will offer on demand movies and TV programs in three languages: Chinese (Cantonese), Hindi and Spanish.

Multicultural programs will be offered in their original languages, and there will be a mix of short-form content, such as television programs, and full-length movies. Among film titles and TV shows debuting on Charter.net are:
- Bollywood Unlimited is a weekly 30-minute showcase of the latest productions in Indian cinema, complete with movie clips, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with stars and directors and reviews of the movies themselves.
- A Silent Love, a Spanish language film written and directed by Federico Hildago, was honored by the Sundance Film Festival in 2004 starring Vanessa Bauche from the Oscar nominated Amores Perros, Noel Burton and Susana Salazar.
- A New Option, a popular Chinese action film starring well-known actor Michael Wong as the tough leader of Hong Kong's special elite SWAT-like police force.
Sivoo, Inc., a company dedicated to providing multicultural and non-English language content through the Internet and Internet Protocol TV, is working with Charter on this initiative and will provide Charter with exclusive and fresh content in each of the three languages on a monthly basis. This ensures that users of Charter.net will have access to fresh new content every month.
