Kathleen Mayo joined Charter Communications as Executive Vice President, Customer Operations in 2012 and has responsibility for Customer Service, Inbound Sales and Retention, Billing operations and Credit and Collections for residential and small-to-medium sized businesses. Ms. Mayo is leading the operational and support strategies that are transforming Charter’s customer service model, enabling improved and more effective interactions and communications.
Ms. Mayo previously served as Executive Vice President, Consumer Operations at Cablevision Systems Corporation (currently part of Altice USA) where she had responsibility for Customer and Field Operations.
She received a B.A. in sociology at West Chester University and an MBA in finance from Temple University.
