Reference is hereby made to the Indenture, dated as of November 5, 2014 (the “Base Indenture”), among CCOH Safari, LLC, CCO Holdings, LLC (“CCO Holdings”), CCO Holdings Capital Corp. (“Capital Corp” and, together with CCO Holdings, the “Issuers”), the guarantor party thereto and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, as supplemented by the Sixth Supplemental Indenture dated as of February 19, 2016 (the “Supplemental Indenture”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Supplemental Indenture.
